  • How much is charged towards delivering my order?

    Delivery is free for orders of Rs.1000 & above.

    As part of launching program, we deliver for free for orders Rs 500 and above.

  • How do you deliver?

    We deliver through our in-house team.

  • What are your delivery timings?

    We deliver in 4 slots per day.

    • 7 am to 9 am (orders must be placed by 8 pm previous day or prior)
    • 9 am to 11 am (orders must be placed by 11 pm previous day or prior)
    • 5 pm to 7 pm (orders must be placed before 1 pm on same day or prior)
    • 7 pm to 9 pm (orders must be placed before 1 pm on same day or prior)

    If you have a specific timing for delivery please contact our customer care team on and we will try our best to fit in your requested delivery time.

  • How long does it take for the delivery of my order?

    The orders will be delivered within the timeslot you have chosen. Soon we will be launching same day delivery and quick delivery.

    For example if you order by 9 am, you will receive your delivery anytime between 7 pm to 9 pm on the same day or the time slot chosen by you.

  • Do we operate on holidays?

    We operate on all 365 days - except on local band/strike. 

  • What forms of payment is accepted?

    For launch you can pay by cash.

    Soon we will provide online payment through our secure payment gateway using your debit/credit cards or net banking. We also collect cash and accept card on delivery. Note: We don’t accept cheques of any kind.

  • Does NeedsBuy save my credit/debit card information?

    All your banking information would be used only at the point of your order checkout and will not be stored in our database.

  • Will I receive any confirmation after I place my order?

    Yes you will receive an email about confirmation and dispatch of order.

    Soon we will integrate SMS facility so that you will get Order placement, dispatch and delivery details through SMS.

  • Do we accept phone orders?

    Sorry, we will be launching the facility soon.

    Soon we will accept phone orders from 8am to 6 pm. You can call us at for your orders.

  • Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

    We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people/address, please add another shipping address during checkout and we will treat these as separate order.

  • What if an item is out of stock after order is placed?

    We make every best effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply or we might see the product quality is not good to deliver in those cases we will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hours and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made (i.e. Credit Card / debit card) within 10 working days or we will credit points to your account which can be redeemed during your next order.

  • Are there any other hidden charges like Registration charges, Octroi or Entry tax?

    You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra. Octroi - local tax collected on various articles brought into a district for other city/state/country.

  • What happens if I you not available at the time of delivery?

    Our delivery team will attempt to deliver the package in the specified address , if you are not available to receive the order then the order will be returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure you provide reachable mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

  • What is your Return Policy and procedure?

    The return request should be raised within 2 days of the delivery.

    We have a 30 days return policy for Clothes and packed energy drinks and a 7 days return policy for all other items except for Personal Products such as Diapers, Wipes and Creams.

  • What is the Loyalty points Program?

    The Loyalty points Program is a special Rewards point system on NeedsBuy.com. On purchasing from this site, you will earn Loyalty points, which can be redeemed against your future orders. All you have to do is create an account on NeedsBuy.com and shop for your favourite products and start earning Loyalty points.

  • How do I earn Loyalty points?

    1. Login to NeedsBuy.com, you will get 100 points as welcome reward points.
    2. Enrol for newsletter you will get 10 rewards points credited to your account.
    3. Refer a friend – if the referred friend makes a first order you will get reward points *.
    4. Do transaction- All you orders will get you minimum of 1% cashback points. The points will be credited within 24 hours after the order is shipped.

  • How the loyalty points are calculated?

    For every 100 Rs of purchase you will get 1 reward points.

  • How do I redeem my Loyalty points?

    All your loyalty points can be redeemed as part of order, we will not encash or transfer the points to others.

  • What if I find any of your product disappointing?

    We will refund as points for the equal amount or replace the product that you find unsatisfactory.
